SBI recruitment plans for 2012

State Bank of India, the top public sector bank in India is thinking of a huge recruitment this season. According to reports, SBI plans to recruit some good talent in the national level this year. That is why SBI has its plans on hold for flocking into the IIMS and other management institutes till mid of the year 2012. It should be noted that SBI has not joined the track of IBPS, opposite to the other 19 public sector banks.

SBI recruitment for 2012 will include PO/management trainees and single window operators. Although specialist officers can also be in the mind of SBI management team, but bot yet revealed. According to Arundhati Bhattacharya, deputy managing director and CDO of SBI the bank plans to recruit its manpower through its own national level entrance examination.
